Estate Agency and Related Services
The Estate Agency and Related Services segment includes Residential Sales and Lettings and the related markets of Asset Management (including repossessions asset management and property management for multi property landlords) and Financial Services – predominantly mortgage and protection brokerage – which includes the operation of intermediary networks.
Estate Agency
LSL Property Services plc's estate agency companies operate under the Your Move, Reeds Rains, Marsh & Parsons, Intercounty, Frosts, JNP, Goodfellows, Davis Tate and Lauristons brands. Each of these brands is a trading name for members of the LSL Property Services Group of companies.
In January 2010 the acquisition of the Halifax Estate Agency (HEA) business from the Lloyds Banking Group saw LSL increase in size to become the second largest UK estate agency network - currently with around 533 branches. It is also the largest lettings agency in the UK.
Your Move
Your Move is the largest single brand UK estate agency with a network of 293 branches (made up of wholly owned, virtual and franchised branches). Reeds Rains
Reeds Rains is a predominantly northern based estate agency brand with a network of 175 branches (made up of wholly owned and franchise branches). Reeds Rains has a number of smaller websites dealing with specific areas of the business: Cream Properties, Land and New Homes, Reeds Rains Franchise. Reeds Rains City Living has branches operating in the north of England: Manchester, Salford Quays, Sheffield and Liverpool.
Marsh & Parsons
Marsh & Parsons has been part of the Central, West and South West London property scene since 1856. Marsh & Parsons is a leading London premium brand estate agency and has 15 branches situated in prime positions in some of the most charming and interesting "villages" of London.
LSLi
LSLi is the holding company for several estate agency brands based largely in the Home Counties with a combined network of 50 branches (made up of wholly owned and franchise branches): Intercounty, Frosts, JNP, Goodfellows, Davis Tate and Lauristons.
LSL Land & New Homes
LSL Land & New Homes is a dedicated website providing information on services for new build developers and providing buyers with the opportunity to search for new homes across the networks operated by the LSL Property Services Group estate agency companies.
Asset Management
LSL Corporate Client Department
Emerging from the Estate Agency business, LSL Corporate Client Department started in 2008 and operates a repossessions asset management business and a property management business for multi-property landlords.
St Trinity Asset Management
St Trinity Asset Management is the Group's second asset management business created following the acquisition of HEAL Corporate Services (as part of the HEAL business acquisition).
Templeton LPA Chartered Surveyors
Templeton LPA Chartered Surveyors is a Law of Property Act fixed charge receiver acquired in 2010.
Financial Services
First Complete
Directly authorised by the FSA, First Complete operates a mortgage brokerage business and mortgage intermediary network. First Complete acts as principal for most of LSL's Estate Agency Division, enabling their employed financial consultants to offer financial services to customers of the branch network.
Pink Home Loans
Pink Home Loans is a mortgage network, providing products and services to financial intermediaries since 1990, joining the Group in 2010.
Linear Financial Solutions
Linear Financial Solutions provides financial services including mortgages, remortgages and life assurance through a network of financial consultants based remotely and in the branches of estate agents.
The Mortgage Alliance
The Mortgage Alliance (which also trades as TMA) is a Mortgage Club which became a division of First Complete in June 2011. They distribute mortgages and financial services products to directly authorised mortgage intermediaries.
