Living Responsibly Governance
Over the course of the last few years, we have been working to embed our Living Responsibly programme across the Group.
In 2021 we established our Executive level steering committee for the programme which includes Executive sponsors for each of the priorities. This group is supported by working groups and forums and in 2023, our new colleague affinity groups – LSL voices – will support our work further.
External frameworks and agencies
We use external frameworks to support us in understanding our impact and targeting improvements. These help hold us to account and demonstrate progress. You can learn more in our Living Responsibly Report.
